RICHARD INGRAM

Richard is the Founding Partner of Ingram & Partners and Chairman of Ingram Group. He has considerable experience in carrying out senior executive appointments for International blue-chip companies, leading Regional corporations, local family owned conglomerates and equity backed start-ups.With over 15 years in the industry, Richard has handled assignments on 5 continents, typically conducting searches for Chief Executive Officers and other Board level positions.

A Middle East resident for nearly two decades, Richard is recognized as the pioneer for bringing the principles of pure search methodology to the region and has built a reputation as a true expert in Executive Search across the MENA region, Asia and Australasia.

Richard established Ingram in 1995 as the first dedicated pure executive search company in the region. In 2000, he set up iQ selection, one of the most prolific mainstream contingent recruitment companies and 2004 Indigo ICT, a specialist technology and telecommunications contingent recruitment business. In 2008, Richard sold both Ingram and iQ selection to the London based, AIM listed multidiscipline global recruitment company Imprint plc, before then acquiring back the shares of Ingram in 2011. Ingram & Partners was subsequently re launched as one of the regions most experienced executive search entities, combining intimate local knowledge with uncompromising global reach.
